In primary education, professional supervision support for school counsellors is essential to students' holistic development. This qualitative study constructs and examines an innovative "Collaborative Group Sandtray Supervision Model" implemented with 13 primary school counsellors across eight monthly three-hour supervision sessions. By integrating non-verbal sandtray materials and miniatures, this model transcends the limitations of traditional verbal supervision to facilitate the exploration of multidimensional perspectives, including client systems, significant others, school-based collaboration, and counsellors’ self-awareness. Thematic analysis reveals that diverse group perspectives on sandtray miniatures broadened participants' viewpoints, deepened their understanding of family dynamics, and inspired subsequent intervention strategies. Furthermore, the model strengthened group cohesion, fostered safety, and enhanced self-awareness during the case presentation process. This presentation will discuss the implementation strategies and group dynamics of this model, offering practical recommendations for researchers, supervisors, and educational training programs seeking to enhance counsellor professional growth through creative group supervision.
